NW Commercial Property Solutions (NW CPS) is a company specialising in grounds maintenance services, as well as being equipped to tackle various other property maintenance services for commercial businesses.
The team at NW CPS were looking for a modern and sleek design that puts the focus on the projects they have worked on, as well as the equipment they are using. That brief is right within the wheelhouse of our web design team, who set out to deliver a new website that accurately portrays the company’s unique ambitions.
For this reason, the homepage features professional photos taken of both the team and the work they have done. Simplicity was important for them; the website had to load fast and be easy to navigate. However, this doesn’t mean that the design itself had to be boring – and we put several measures in place to ensure it wasn’t.
We’ve designed the homepage with organic shapes overlaid on images that give the website a professional feel. The image overlays with rounded edges draw attention while also driving the user to the main call to action buttons.
The subpages share a similar design that borrows the image styles from the homepage for cohesion. As the company’s main colours are black and white, the whole website was designed around these colours. This also helps to make the images stand out even more. The fonts used on the site were chosen as they’re both easy to read and have a modern feel to them.
The content of the website was tailored to focus around NW CPS’s primary service of grounds maintenance, while also drawing attention to the company’s specialist technology that sets it apart in its field. The homepage features four frequently asked questions (FAQs) explaining how NW CPS can help any user that may be unsure whether the company’s services apply to them.
All in all, NW CPS has a brand new website that signifies its professionalism, as well as its straightforward, reliable approach to helping clients.
