A bastion of fitness and athleticism, our Operations Director Alan is known for his fiendish powers of organisation and methodical approach to whatever hurdles are thrown his way.

After graduating with a degree in English Language, Alan began his career in the fast-paced environment of GP surgery administration before joining Engage Web as an Account Executive in 2014. Over the years, he has taken on a wide variety of roles with quiet efficiency and relentless attention to detail, rising through the ranks to become our operations guru. Now as Operations Director, he oversees the smooth running of the business, leading on strategy, processes and performance while keeping everything (and everyone!) firmly on track.

Operations Director by day, athlete by night! Alan takes to the athletics track in his spare time, keeping up a gruelling six times a week training schedule in pursuit of his ambitious goals of competing internationally as a Masters athlete in the High Jump and 400m. He has already secured numerous medals in his career to date and continues to push for personal bests.

Away from the track, Alan is a passionate Liverpool FC supporter and volunteers with Welsh football club Airbus UK Broughton FC. On match days, you’ll find him handling key matchday admin and bringing the energy as the voice of the stadium!
