Chris and Sarah at IT Allies decided to rebrand their IT support services, and with that came a brand-new website. They felt their previous site was too technical, and wanted to present a more personable and jargon-free approach.
Take one look at the new website and you’ll see that we’ve done a solid job at achieving that brief! The new website features a variety of animated cartoon figures. These include Chris and Sarah themselves, waving friendlily to welcome you to the website, as well a suited businessman who looks very relaxed after having his IT issues solved by the IT Allies.
The site’s colour scheme is also particularly vibrant, and cartoon imagery is used in place of stock photography throughout the entire website.
The language of the website is written to highlight the simplicity of working with IT Allies. Technical language that the desired target audience, which is businessowners, may not understand is kept to a minimum, instead focusing on the real-life benefits that the company’s services provide for people.
All in all, the IT Allies’ new website presents the company as a reliable, straight-to-the-point solution for all your IT issues.
