Experienced painter and decorator Darren Tucker came to us without much of a presence on the internet looking for a website to help drive customers in Cheshire, North Wales and the Wirral to his services should they need any painting and decorating work done. Without much in the way of company branding, this gave us a high degree of creative freedom.
When it came to the design of the site, it was important to try and convey Darren’s experience and know-how as a painter and decorator as best as possible. The background of the site is a neutral, snowy colour, reminiscent of the walls in a standard home. Splashes of colour are dotted around the home page, with stock imagery of painting and decorating work. Some before and after photos of Darren’s work further down the page reinforce the abilities that he asked us to showcase on the website.
The key focus of website’s content was to promote all the benefits of Darren’s services – the care, professionalism and efficiency that he approaches every single job with, as well as his decades of experience. Calls to action on the home page, About Us and Services pages encourage users to ring Darren or use the site’s contact form to approach him for a job.
The resulting website captures everything that Darren’s about in a visually striking, straight-to-the-point manner that the client is over the moon with.
