Coactive ICT were looking for a fresh, sleek new website that represents them as a relatable, down-to-earth voice in the ICT support industry. Many sites in this industry risk coming across as too specialist jargon-heavy; this was something to be avoided, with more favour towards reflecting the personality of the business instead.
A pink and dark blue gradient colour scheme, as seen in Coactive’s company logo, makes up the background design of the site. An image of a server mainframe is seen on the primary banner of the site, with Coactive’s services appearing on the screen. As the user scrolls down the page, an animation of two cables joining together plays. Vibrant stock images also feature on the home page that detail Coactive’s services.
It was important in the site’s content to exude personality while maintaining Coactive’s status as a reliable, specialist team of ICT professionals. The main tagline ‘Support that never falls short’ is an example of this in action. Occasional references throughout the site of the so-called ‘nerdiness’ of ICT support helps to keep the language of the website light hearted, while assuring the user that Coactive’s team are some of the best at what they do.
Now, thanks to our team, Coactive ICT have a website that truly reflects its values and attitudes as a company.
