The client came to us to help her on her mission to transform quality from compliance to culture, helping businesses create processes that are practical, effective and energising.

As a business, Quality Chakra focuses on making quality approachable for teams, turning what can often feel like dry rules into meaningful, engaging practices that stick.

Quality Chakra therefore needed a website that truly reflected the brand’s bright, people-focused ethos. Its previous digital presence felt a bit flat and too corporate, lacking personality and failing to clearly guide visitors toward taking action.

The client wanted a site that would capture the brand’s energy, driving enquiries without overwhelming visitors with clutter, jargon or heavy animations.

We were all too happy to design a friendly, professional website that brings the Quality Chakra brand to life. Core brand colours of teal and salmon were used throughout to highlight key actions, accent backgrounds, and emphasise important text, while patterns inspired by the logo added texture and strengthened brand recognition.

The design uses light, subtle animations to draw attention without distraction, and the font choice keeps large blocks of text readable while matching the logo style.

A short survey was built into the site to help visitors understand their current quality culture, designed to encourage engagement and drive enquiries.

The result is a website that feels both professional and approachable, reflecting the company’s high-energy ethos while making it easy for visitors to interact and engage. The branding comes alive online, from colourful background elements to highlighted headings, creating a clear, welcoming path for users.
