Engage Web achieves Investors In People approval

We’re celebrating here at Engage Web after finding out we have got what it takes to be Investors In People.

Last week, the Investors In People – er, people – came to talk to us about what our team really thought about Engage Web and what it was really like to work here. The answer was an unequivocal ‘fantastic’.

As part of the Investors In People accreditation, we have shown that we take the health and wellbeing of our team seriously. Doing this is a win-win situation. Making sure we have happy team members means we have a more cost-effective, productive and forward-thinking business.

We hope to build on this success in the future and, as part of the Investors In People accreditation process, keep looking at the way we work and making sure it benefits everybody involved in our business – both our clients and our team.
