Internet marketing, while very fulfilling, can be a somewhat lonely profession conducted in solitude via computer. That’s why at StuckOn, whenever we can, we like to get out of the confines of our offices in Ellesmere Port and meet people – people who aren’t made of pixels. Business fairs around the North West are a great opportunity to do this, and we have two such business fairs on the horizon over the coming months.
The first of these fairs is in Liverpool in March. We’ll be at the Liverpool Business Fair 2011, which is being held at the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral on Tuesday March 15th.
If you can’t get along to that, you could see us in April at the Salford & Manchester Business Fair 2011, where we’ll be exhibiting at the University of Salford’s Maxwell Hall, on Tuesday April 19th.
We thoroughly enjoyed the last business fair we attended, the Halton & Warrington Business Fair in November last year, as we met a lot of really interesting people and saw a number of unique businesses that had been started in the midst of the recession.
Preparing for a business fair is a lot of fun too, as there are a lot of things you need to do in order to make your stand, well, stand out. We had a video presentation running, showing one of our case studies, we had some banner printing done to illustrate our different services and we even had a competition for some M&S vouchers.
We’re planning a few exciting things for the next business fairs as well, so hopefully we’ll see you there.
