An innovative executive search consultancy for the pharma/life sciences sector, Snowdon Talent wanted a new-look website that targeted key decision makers at firms in the industry.
The site was redesigned with a greater emphasis on the visual elements, incorporating more icons and logos to give it an interactive and responsive feel. Its colour scheme expands on the existing branding colours and incorporates bright green and gold to create a modern, professional, yet friendly visual atmosphere. The addition of eye-catching animations and videos rounds off an “alive” and stimulating site.
Though based in the UK, Snowdon Talent gets most of its work from the US, so this had to be reflected in the copy on the home page, where American English spellings are used along with some other language preferences – for example, “life sciences” prioritised ahead of “pharma”
We also shifted the focus of the text – where previously it had been centred on what the company did, it is now all about what problems they solve. The newly created About Us page helped here, clearly outlining the benefits of using Snowdon Talent to the intended target audience.
What Snowdon Talent said about Engage Web:
“The ongoing management service is saving me time and enabling me to focus on my core activities without distraction. [Engage Web] have delivered on everything I asked and in good time, so I couldn’t ask for more.
“For anyone thinking about working with Engage Web, my experience so far has been resoundingly positive, so definitely speak with them and I expect you will be happy you did so.”Mark Pickles, Executive Search & Talent Retention Specialist at Snowdon Talent
