Orange Rentals we’re looking for a new website to highlight their range of managed short-term rental properties in the Merseyside area, hoping to bring attention to their wonderful houses and apartments, as well as their excellent customer service.
From a design standpoint, it was crucial to try and let the images of Orange Rental’s properties speak for themselves. While the design we created gives of the modern and fresh feel that they were looking for, we didn’t want to overrun the site with design features and divert attention away from the goal of the site – encouraging bookings from guests and organising new flats to manage via landlords.
In terms of content on the site, the goal was still the same. To achieve this, we made a point to highlight both the quality of the properties themselves, as well as the quality of Orange Rentals’ customer service. Dynamic stats appear on the home page which bring attention to the company’s status as an Airbnb superhost. Within the content, there was also much consideration given to balancing the copy between the two target audiences of Landlords and Guests.
In the end, we provided a website which the client loves and that helps them to better showcase their property credentials online.
