All My Waste is a Cheshire-based waste disposal company, whose owners were looking for a fresh new website that adds personality to an often ‘unglamorous’ industry. Well, unlike All My Waste, our web designers don’t deal with rubbish.
The existing logo was used to base the main colours on the website, but we’ve used more vibrant shades that make the website more interesting to browse. As there wasn’t an existing website, we’ve had some freedom when it comes to the visual style, colours and fonts used. The focal point of the website had to be sustainability and we’ve opted to use lots of green on the website to lean even more into this angle. Iconography of recycling is used throughout the website, making it clear for visitors at a glance that getting rid of their rubbish is done in an environmentally conscious way. The site features light animations throughout with some custom graphics that were tailored to the site.
Feature-wise, the website has dedicated services pages, a detailed quote form with image upload options and a blog. The services pages provide relevant information to residential and commercial clients with imagery that resonates with the target market.
The site’s homepage content focuses primary on the sustainability factor too; statistics highlight the necessity of environmentally friendly approaches to recycling, while also showcasing exactly what All My Waste is doing to help.
