In an attempt to reduce the amount of spam and websites with content copied from other websites, Google have made updates to the search algorithms. In recent months, it has become evident that the amount of spam has increased, resulting in a need to take a stand against those that continue to rely on copied content for their websites. According to Matt Cutts, webmaster guideline enforcer for Google, the websites that have very little original content will be omitted from the search results.
This move by Google will result in the people who are searching for information, finding the original website which has initially provided the web content, rather than (more…)
