The first photographs have been revealed of a curly haired Justin Timberlake on the set of the new Facebook movie, which is currently shooting in LA and is set for a 2010 release.
In the movie, Timberlake plays Sean Parker, one of the co-founders of Facebook, along with Mark Zuckerberg. Parker was also there at the beginning when Napster was created, so his involvement and interest in Facebook showed that it had potential right from the start.
Parker became Facebook’s president in 2004 and now, just like Zuckerberg, is extremely wealthy from the whole affair.
In the movie, the origins of Facebook are explained and the relationship between the people involved in its creation. The movie shows how a bunch of college students created a website and a business that made billions of dollars across the world.
The story is based on a book, ‘The Founding of Facebook A Tale of Sex, Money, Genius and Betrayal’ – which should make for quite an interesting film as it sounds as though Hollywood doesn’t need to glamorise the book at all!
