Ryan has always had an entrepreneurial spirit, going back to selling plants door-to-door at the age of just six or seven. He went on to be one of the tuck shop renegades in school, defying the ban on sugary snacks to sell them to his mates and make Jamie Oliver deeply unhappy.
With a qualification in Business, Ryan has gone on to hold positions in sales, research, copywriting and account management, working in sectors as diverse as construction, furniture and solar energy.
The sort of chap who can instantly strike up a conversation about anything, Ryan likes to stay fit and energetic through bodybuilding and hiking, and is a massive Spotify and YouTube binger, taking in podcasts about everything from history and politics to science and philosophy.
